This is from my sewing bible, Bend-the-Rules Sewing. Since I made my big bag/purse, I needed a little bag to keep stuff organized. This is my first attempt at a zipper and I sewed the lining too close to the zipper, so it gets caught when you use it. I will have to re-sew the lining, but other than that, it turned out OK.

That's not lame! It looks very cute. It looks about credit card size ... is it ? I would love to learn to make some cute little bags like that.
It's bigger than a credit card. I actually made it for my "feminine hygiene products" - they fit quite nicely. And then when I have to take them to the bathroom, I don't have to try and sneak them into my pocket or something. It's really easy to make, but you have to hand sew the lining.
What are you talking about???? That is NOT lame at all. You're lame for thinking it's lame...LOL. Just joking! That is so smart for the purpose you made it for. I hate trying to sneak them into my pocket. It's so annoying! I am SOOOOO excited for this weekend. I'm going to call you later...like in 9 hours because it's 1:30am right now....lol.
