Laundry Bag

I had this cloth laundry bag that I hung on the back of my mud room door for used dish cloths and towels. Because I would put them in wet, it would often start to get moldy. I tried washing it, but it didn't really work very well and it was awkward to wash because it had two metal bars in it I had to try and work in and out every time I washed it. So I decided to make a new bag, lined with this oilcloth I bought online. I finally got around to making it a week or two ago.

I thought it was going to be so easy, but it ended up being a little more finicky than I thought. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out and it works great!

The outer fabric is from Denyse Schmidt's Katie Jump Rope line - LOVE!

Cool bag. I need to do something like that for wet stuff.

Ya, it is a good thing we don't know how hard a lot of things are before we start or we probably wouldn't do them. Impressive you figured out the bag.
