My favorite baby blanket

I made this for Jax and thankfully, he LOVES it and must have it to sleep. I had a little mini crocheted square for him for church and stuff, but we lost it. So this week I made this little matching one! Since it took some more time than the other one, I need to figure out a way to label it with out name in case we lose it as well. I'm not sure if you can sew labels onto yarn?
